A hiking boot is a wise choice to pair with cargos, and will be your warmest footwear option. Still, if you’re wearing a suit then you might want to look for a sturdy pair of oxblood brogues. The thicker leather will help protect against the elements.

Finally, it’s hard to find a more essential cold weather accessory than a cashmere-lined suede glove. They’ll pair with almost any suit and blend style and functionality very well.
